Salizada Zorzi, Castello 4931, Venezia
The Darkest Corners began by meandering through the maze that Venice can be, focusing on the architecture the lagoon is gifting to the curious eye. These manifolds are merged in a physical exhibition and book. Through drifting, it is also the streets, its spirit and the architecture that are the focus of artworks that consist of sculptures in both exhibition-, as well as public space.
The Darkest Corners works with Italian humps called Pissabraga, Pissotte or Gobbe Antibandito.
It uses their almost invisible existence in the city space to interpret it anew.
