“Apnea” is a suspension of breath, a moment of stillness, accumulation, and waiting. Metaphorically, it encompasses a set of gestures, pauses, and silent processes in which life and work overlap, and where the inner rhythm becomes a measure of time.

The exhibition unfolds as a three-act score, staging the atomization of an everyday object that is part of the artist’s studio furnishings. The works function as holograms of reality, which is transposed into another dimension through a ritualistic gesture. Within these suspended atmospheres, the absent object is altered and dissected in a performative interplay, until it dissolves into a breath.
