On September 2 at 7PM, Panorama hosted a special event marking the final days of Mistranslation by Natalia Mejía Murillo.
The event was conceived as an open conversation and reading session, moderated by curator Matheew Carrillo M. and Giovanni Giacomo Paolin. Participants were invited to share excerpts of texts to be re-read together, fostering a dialogue around the themes of the exhibition.
Mistranslation explored what occurs across different geographies through the accumulation, translation, and reorganization of materials, memories, and forms of knowledge, challenging the classification systems through which we order and understand the material world.
